Help Desk Center |
| Need to check if your computer is ready for
pickup? Want to schedule a service call? How
about submit your problem before you drop off
your pc in order to save your valuable time?
Just connect to our Helpdesk service and submit
your question or computer problem and you will
be issued a ticket number. If your computer is
already in for service you can call and request
your ticket number for up to the minute
information on your pc.

In-shop Service |
| Computer Zone's floor technicians have over 50 years combined experience. We provide
almost any service you or your company may need. Anywhere from basic
pc setup and configuration to high level OS and application
troubleshooting. Our average turn around time is 1-3 days. We charge
$60.00 per hour with an average total ticket between $120.00 and
$180.00. |

Field Service |
Computer Zone's field service department provides home and business
services. Onsite service charges are $95.00 per hour in Edmond (within
a 4-mile radius of our location) for both residential and business
clients.

Security Center |
| Computer Zone can repair even the most damaged of systems from
spyware and viruses. We charge and average of $165 for a cleanup. Rates apply
to In-shop service. Visit our support area to find out if you have a
virus or spyware. |
